I ordered Custom Leather Chaps for my daughter from Horse and Stable.com. I needed them to be a rush order, and the morning after placing the order (a Sunday night) I was called to make sure that I had measured correctly, since chaps cannot be returned. All the information was gone over on the phone to make sure everything was right. The chaps came as expected, they even sent them next day (I had said three day was o.k.) because it took an extra day to get some material. Actually, they arrived early! The quality was wonderful, the least expensive custom chaps imaginable with personalized monogram. My daughter is thrilled with them!
